Application

Fans designed for dusty air transport systems. Typical applications:

• pneumatic transport,
• blowing in drying systems (e.g. graphic machines, processing plastics),
• air blowing systems in combustion / thermal treatment systems (e.g. melting furnaces),
• for air transport in ventilation systems and technological lines,
• dust-laden air extraction

CONSTRUCTION

• medium-pressure centrifugal fan with direct drive
• aluminum or steel impeller with backward curved blades, dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1
• housing is welded from steel sheet
• fan painted blue RAL 5010 (corrosivity category C3)
• maximum temperature of the transported medium 80°C
• motor ambient temperature from -20°C to + 40°C
• standard figure LG270 
• models MSB-2-560/180-3000 and MSB-2-560/180-3700 available in figure RD270 as standard

• asynchronous 3-phase 230/400V, 50Hz or 400/690V, 50Hz depending on motor power
• degree of protection IP55
• insulation class F
• adapted to frequency regulation
• motor ambient temperature from -20°C to +40°C
